These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Atelier Sandip website and any purchases made through it.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.
Products
Every Atelier Sandip piece is handcrafted using carefully selected materials and traditional upholstery techniques.
As each item is individually made, slight variations in dimensions, fabric placement, pattern matching and finish are a natural part of the making process and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece.
Whilst every effort is made to accurately represent our products, colours and textures may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.
Made-to-Order Furniture
Many of our products are made to order or upholstered in fabrics selected specifically for each customer.
Production will begin once your order has been confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been received.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding cancellations, returns and your statutory rights.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in the event of pricing errors, product availability or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order has been accepted, you will receive confirmation by email.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Prices may be updated from time to time but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be received before production or dispatch begins.
Delivery
Estimated lead times are provided for guidance only.
Whilst every effort is made to meet these timescales, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier availability, courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture can be safely delivered into the intended space. Please check access through doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts before placing an order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product photography, text, graphics, branding and designs, is the property of Atelier Sandip unless otherwise stated.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you are entitled to under UK consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier Sandip's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
