Every Atelier Sandip piece is carefully handcrafted to order or prepared for dispatch from our workshop. The information below outlines our delivery process and what you can expect once an order has been placed.

Made-to-Order Furniture

Lead times vary depending on the product and current workshop schedule.

Estimated production times are displayed on each product page and begin once your order has been confirmed.

As each piece is individually handcrafted, lead times are estimates and may occasionally vary. Should there be any significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Ready-to-Ship Furniture

Items listed as Ready to Ship are dispatched within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Furniture is delivered by trusted courier or specialist furniture delivery partners, depending on the size and nature of the item.

Where appropriate, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size of the item and delivery location.

If additional delivery services are required, these will be discussed before your order is dispatched.

Access

Please ensure that your furniture can be safely delivered into your property before placing an order.

We recommend checking access through doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts, particularly for larger pieces.

Where delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, additional delivery charges may apply.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your furniture has been damaged in transit or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enquiries@ateliersandip.co.uk, including photographs where possible.

International Delivery

If international delivery is available, please contact us before placing an order to discuss shipping costs, lead times and any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
